ABOUT PAUL
Hi, I’m Paul Gilbride. I started my career way back in 1989 as a CPA. I spent the next 16 years in Corporate America until one day I realized, this is not what I wanted to be when I grew up. Problem was, although I knew what I didn’t want…I didn’t know what I did want. Luckily I was married to someone who did, and while she climbed the corporate ladder, I began the soul search to figure out my life purpose and raise our two kids on the side. ☺
The kids turned out great and luckily, so did I. I hired a coach to help me figure this all out, and as it turns out…becoming a coach was my purpose. I have never looked back.
I am passionate about doing corporate and all organizations better. I want to make people’s lives more fulfilling, rewarding, passionate and purposeful, one organization, team or individual at a time. I believe in connection, heart and emotional intelligence. I believe we do better when we lead with compassion not fear, growth not scarcity, integration not division, and heart not hurt. And above all else, I believe in courage. Courage to stand tall in our values; the courage to listen with purpose; the courage to speak truth; the courage to have tough conversations; and the courage to put people—all people—first.

Here’s the deal, I don’t claim to know everything, but this is what I know for sure: I make complicated things simple; I am an unbelievable listener; my intuition is incredible; my approach is organic and aligned with each of my clients; I have a huge f…ing heart; and a wicked sense of humor. And yes, I have a tendency to swear when I feel passionate about something…but I can curb that if I absolutely have to. ☺ This is why I was put on this earth, and when you talk to me you will pick up on that right away.
